Your group has a #1. Make it you.
Log every match with the people you actually play. Real ratings move, the leaderboard reshuffles, and someone wears Diamond. Everyone in the group can see who it is.
SATURDAY CREW
FALL 2026 · ENDS IN 39D
You passed Larry
Beat him 11–8. You're #3 now.

You beat Dana 11–7 and took the crown. Everyone in the group just got the push.
Ten seconds after the last point, the board moves.
No league to join, no tournament to enter. Dinker runs on the games your group already plays.
Start a group
Your Saturday crew, your rec center regulars, your office ladder.
Bring everyone in
Send a link. Friends without the app can be added now and claim their matches later.
Log the match
Scores, singles or doubles, right from the court.
They confirm
Your opponent taps yes. No padded records, no "I totally won that one."
Ratings move
Everyone's number updates, ranks shift, and the group gets a push about it.
Ranked against your friends, not strangers.
Your badge comes from where you stand in your own group. Being the best player at your courts means something here, even if a stranger three states away has a bigger number.

Diamond
The group's best, with a rating that's held up.

Platinum
The ones everyone wants as a partner.

Gold
Upper half of the group.

Silver
In the mix and climbing.

Bronze
Everyone starts somewhere. Pass one person and you're out.
One crown per group
The top spot gets the crown. There's only one, and the whole group sees who has it.
Eight placement matches
New players play eight matches before their first badge shows up. Then the reveal.
No one-week wonders
Platinum and Diamond also need a rating that has settled over enough games. A hot streak gets you noticed. Holding it gets you the badge.
Passing someone is the move
Ranks follow your spot on the board, so the player right above you is the one to beat. The app tells you exactly how far behind you are.
Built for the group chat.
Every match leaves a mark someone will bring up later.
Know the second it happens. When someone passes you, Dinker tells you who, how, and how far back you are.
A result screen for everyone in the match. Your swing, who you passed, and your new rank.
rematch saturday. bring a better partner
that third game was a robbery and everyone knows it
Every match gets a thread. Reactions and trash talk live right on the result.
Seasons, every three months. When one ends, the final board is frozen, the podium and awards go to the trophy case, and everyone starts fresh. Winter starts December 1.
Bragging only works if the rating is fair.
A real rating system
Glicko-2, from the same family chess uses. It tracks how sure it is about you, so new players settle fast and veterans don't swing wildly.
Every match is confirmed
The other side signs off before anything moves. Groups that trust each other can switch that off.
Doubles that counts your partner
Results are predicted team against team, so carrying a newer partner to a win doesn't cost you.
Nobody gets left off the board
Log matches against friends who haven't downloaded it yet. When they join, their history and rating come with them.
